Would you like to learn the art of harp playing to illuminate and relax yourself and others? In our program you will learn the following.
Fundamental skills in musical intervals and modes to help with improvisation.
You will learn how to communicate therapeutically, empathic listenening, NLP and Transactional Analysis.
The skill of working in a hospital and hospice.
Interactive harp sharing opportunities.
The importance of correct posture using the Alexander technique.
Understanding anatomy and how sound and vibration have and effect on the body.
The difference between Music Therapy and Harp Therapy.
To develop your own musical skills.
Training in sympathetic resonances for the relief and comfort of others.
How sound and vibration impacts our emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
Module 1 and 2 cost 1495,00 euro’s each. This includes the mentor fee.
Introduction day costs 95,00 euro’s.
Introduction weekend costs 185,00 euro’s.
Graduate’s weekend with guest teachers cost 250,00 euro’s (early bird before May 1st: 225,00 euro’s)
Food and drinks: vegetarian lunch and dinner will be cooked and served everyday. Prices will be communicated when you register.

Our venue is in Roggel, in the south of the Netherlands. There is a possibility for camping.
For students who want to explore if harp playing and harp therapy is for them, it is possible to join in the Introduction weekend in September or an introduction day in March. These harp workshops will help you find out about the basic technique and intuitive harp playing. From this point you can be guided to the IHTP course if you want to. Then you will have more time to practice and be able to do all the homework during Module 1 and 2.
The introduction day is in March and the weekend is in September.
